Can stuff spill out of your brain?

I am wondering if stuff can actually leak out of your brain. Not actual brain matter. Not physical material. Information type stuff.

My mind is so full of 'stuff', ideas, thoughts, dreams, things, and lists, that I have started to forget other things. So I am wondering if I have hit capacity and in order to continue entertaining all the notions in my brain, it starts dumping 'stuff' out the other side.

I have mental lists of things I want to do. And it's not just chores or projects.

I guess it's a good thing that I like to write things down, too.

Did you know that I save receipts that I would normally just throw in the trash, if it has a blank backside, and use them for notes and lists that I don't intend to keep very long?

This is just one example of how conservative I am with money. Yes, it's true, I am too cheap to buy another notepad and even too cheap to use the nice one I have right in front of me. I don't want to use it up and have it gone. I think that's a bit of the hoarder in me coming into play.

I have started on my learning about youtube videos. It's not quite as complicated as I thought it was going to be but making the actual videos will be a challenge for me because I have what they call 'stage-fright'. I learned this years ago when I had to step up on stage in front of a crowd of people and perform.

Panic.

I'll be okay. I am one of those people who will just suck-it-up and just do-it. Then afterwards collapse into a shaking, whimpering, ball of mush. LOL.

Let's hope not.

Our body is marvelously replaceable. We scrape our knee and the skin grows back. We destroy a bit of liver with each cocktail, but the liver regenerates.

The brain is different. When you lose brain cells, you lose memories and important connections that took a lifetime to acquire. The brain is like no other tissue in the body. That explains why so much care—including the intricate webwork of the BBB—goes into protecting it. (BBB = the blood-brain barrier )

I'm thinking I better be good to that delicate 'stuff' up there.
