Another Week's worth of Menus

It's been a bit of a crazy week.

That's okay.

Stuff got done.

Things like, painting out there on the place. The second story. Which was a hard thing.

I sold my Oui Jars. Met a couple of really nice people. Now I am inspired to sell my silhouettes.

It's been difficult to create menus. I am not sure if it is the problem with diesel fuel being so ridiculously expensive making it hard for trucks to travel much or not, but besides the prices of things being so awfully high, now things are hard to get, too. It could be lack of deliveries. I don't know. I just know when I try to order things I get every week they are now "out of stock".

<sigh>

So, here's this week's menus that have been changed and modified so many times that I have to check my list to remember what they are.

Smoked Herring, Baked Sweet Potato, Green Beans.

No-Bake Johnny Marzetti and Garlic Bread.

Cajun Jambalaya

White Bean and Kale Soup with Croutons

Fried Booger Batter with Brown Gravy, Taters, and Corn-on-the-Cob

Obviously I am using things I already have on hand, modifying recipes to match what is available in my cupboards and at the store, and winging it for the rest.

I am obsessed with decorating containers. Any containers. Bottles. Jars. Mouthwash jugs. Butter spread containers. Vinegar Jars. Plastic. Glass. Anything.

I like to think that I am helping the environment by recycling and upcycling, too.

And of course, painting rocks. I love painting rocks. Rocks are free. LOL.

Right now I am decorating a Portable CB Radio Antenna. The kind you use on/in a vehicle.

Have a great week !

I'm such a good navigator, a self-driving car once asked me for directions.
