Tuesday is Laundry Day for me

So last night we had the Creamy Linguine with Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms. aka Bukatini. Delish.

Tonight we have the Cheesy Chipotle Cauliflower Mac, without the chipotle.

As mentioned previously, weekends are leftovers and COTF's. Today I will create menus for the coming week. I already did my upstairs chores. I still have to do my laundry but that will come about after I have breakfast and water the garden.

I have to remember to do some banking tomorrow so maybe I will set an alarm on my phone. We seem to be having some trouble with our internet so this will be short and quick today.
