This one will surprise you

I am still making up recipes for this week. And I have one that I think will surprise you.

Sweet Potato Pizza

I am gradually getting back on schedule. Another week I think and I will have that accomplished.

I am working on other projects as I go. Not going to say exactly what they are at this time. Maybe later.

What's that you say? What is sweet potato pizza? LOL

I thought that one might be an eyebrow furrier.

Well, the sweet potato will get baked and will serve as the 'base' (or crust if you please) of the pizza. No tomato sauce or anything like that - just butter.

Then add all the things you would on your pizza, like chicken, black olives, spinach, mushrooms, pineapple, tofu-bacon aka Fakon, red onion, or whatever you like and top it all with swiss cheese, or feta cheese or of course the traditional mozarella. You decide.

It's going to be a fun thing to try if nothing else.
