Menus - Back on Track

Finally getting back on schedule. Well, at least for the menus and shopping. Groceries coming early Thursday morning. Menus all planned out on Wednesday morning. And here they are:

Butter Chicken on Brown Rice with Sweet Peas

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Bowls with Lime (Caribbean Style)

Teriyaki Salmon, Baked Potatoes with the fixins, and Green Beans

Red Pepper and Cashew Pasta with Cauliflower

Yes, I'm still making up stuff. LOL.

The weather here has been all over the place. It's snowing up in the hills and pouring down rain here in the valley. It was 80 degrees (F) yesterday and it's dropped 30 degrees overnight. We had a big windstorm that brought in a cold front and we have had more rain this April that is well above average for this area. (Look at me, talking like some weather-girl). It's made gardening and outdoor work challenging.

I may have mentioned this sometime way back when, but if so it's been so long that neither you or I will remember that. So I'll mention it now.

I make 'Gem Water'. What is that? It's purified water that is infused with the properties of a selected Gem. For example: The combination of Diamond and Clear Quartz infusion results in 'Clarity of Consciousness'.

People drink mineral water to improve their health. These Gem Waters are even more beneficial. They are more intense, more powerful and often much more effective.

The process is really pretty simple. It's fun. And it's interesting.

Sometimes on rainy days I will turn my attention to my Gem Waters and that's why I brought it up at this time.
