Menu time again already?

Yes, I suppose it really is. It just seems like it's too soon because 1. I got off schedule and order groceries on Tuesdays lately instead of Thursdays and 2. Because I did not post last week's menus until late in the week. (Thanks for the reminder Josie).
So now I am trying to figure out this issue.
My current plan (and it's subject to change without notice) is to do a half order for Tuesday morning and another half order (the other half) on Thursday morning.
This because I have too much stuff in my refrigerator right now, still working on eating up the leftovers before they go 'icky' on me, and because I need a drain snake desperately. Therefore the order needs to come sooner rather than later.
My bathroom sink is clogged up and the little pokey thingie that you stick down there that has alligator teeth on it has done nothing to help.
Sure I did the white vinegar/baking soda volcano thing and it started out with a gurgle then instead of making a volcano and bubbles it burped and brought up a bunch of ugly. Then promptly went quiet. HUH? Never had that happen before.
So clearly the clog is somewhere past the U of the pipe down under there. Buggers.
Anyway, along with the ridiculously high power bill (I know, how dare I bring that up) comes a little newsletter each month that contains a recipe. Sometimes I grab those out and keep them and this month came a recipe for Baked Apple French Toast. Which added to my craving for french toast that I have had lately. I will not use the recipe because it calls for ingredients I try to avoid like cream cheese and brown sugar. But I will add french toast to my menu for this week so be ready for that.
Half of this week's menus:
French Toast using cracked wheat bread with Tofu Bacon (and maybe eggs)
Leftovers of Chicken Turnip Stew
Fish (Tilapia) and Country Cornbread with Apple Coleslaw
(If this sounds a whole bunch like last weeks menus it's because I did not cook those things yet----all the leftovers still to be eaten.) <sigh>
Why can you never gossip in a cornfield?
Too many ears.
