Fishy Friday

Had blackened tilapia, rice, and coleslaw for the Friday Dinner. Now it's the weekend and we'll scarf on leftovers until they are gone and then we'll cook again.

My flowers are blooming and I love that. It's so happy-making when you look out the window and see something smiling back at you.

Makes me smile to see the hummingbirds, too.

The Goddess Fest is happening this weekend. It's at the Expo now.

My poor veggie garden is trying it's best. I had a beautiful butternut squash coming along really well and suddenly there were missing blossoms. I spied a squash bug. YIKES! I sprayed Neem. I think it killed the squash bugs but then new bugs came in and did even more damage. Ugh.

Well I am learning what I can grow here and what just is too vulnerable or just doesn't work.

I am wondering now, because of a video I watched, if I use the word "just" too much. LOL.

Trying hard to give away or sell houseplants and collections. Need to purge so much!!
