Family

Family is very important to me. I am intensely loyal and feel an obligation and commitment to family. For this reason I am reaching out to any and all family on Facebook that I can to invite them to join a private group on Facebook created to keep in touch with family. There are so few of us left from my generation that I am feeling the loss and the need. I am open to suggestions and help in this endeavor.

So tonight I am going to be cooking a big pot of home made mac & cheese with broccoli on the side. I have been craving the mac and cheese for days for some reason so this has to happen.

Went ahead and got the Meta Quest 3 and have spent a lot of energy and effort learning how to use it. I am hugely impressed with the visuals. It is awesome. Not exaggerating at all. I am however, not doing that well in figuring out the logistics. And I am not that happy with the selections (ie: choices) of VRs. It's a lot more cartoony than I thought it would be and I have come to find out that way too many of them cost money. You have to pay a subscription fee to access the library - it's not a large amount so it's doable, but then on top of that some of the games/experiences cost up to $20 or more. THAT is not acceptable to me. [officially stating a complain there]

So, again, open to any and all suggestions and help in that arena.

The weather has changed rapidly, as it tends to do in these parts of the world, and it has brought to my attention that the days are getting shorter and the season is trying to transition. This means my garden is going to have be harvested before it's fully ready.

I have big plans for next year!!! Oh yeah.
